Reaching low-to-moderate households often requires the skills of an old fashioned community organizer. Going door to door in your neighborhood, establishing trust, listening to the stories of peoples lives, and creating actions that speak to the community’s needs.

We would love to see real estate and mortgage professionals make a commitment to getting one low-to-moderate income family into a home of their own every year. We also like the idea of each family who has purchased a home using a down payment assistance program sharing the knowledge of that.
